Most sessions provide an overview of how Latino cultural elements impact recruiting practices, teaches recruiters how certain terms and use of language influence recruiting effectiveness, highlight best practices of what other leading employers are doing to win the war for Latino talent, how to select the right Latino recruiting events, and highlights common mistakes made by recruiters and HR professionals when trying to attract and hire Latino professionals.   

Latino Employee Networks
Dr. Rodriguez works with organizations to establish Latino employee networks and also serves as a resource for existing Latino employee networks.  He teaches Latino employee networks how to enhance their impact on the organization and how to maximize the value the network provides to Latino employees.  He often leads sessions focused on helping Latino employees better navigate corporate America and how to enhance their career brand.
